What happens if I lose or accidentally delete my copy after it is edited?
Things happens, but don't worry: with your permission, we will keep a copy of your final edited document for one year. After that time, we will delete it from our records.
However, although we will safeguard your material as if it were our own, we cannot guarantee that things won't happen on our end. Therefore, we accept no liability for any loss of your material. For your protection, we strongly suggest that you have at least one back up copy of any document you submit. If we lose a document that we previously edited, we will edit it again at no extra cost.
Is my submission safe from viruses?

As committed as we are to safeguarding the materials that are submitted to us (as well as to our own), we cannot guarantee or make any warranties that your document will be 100 percent protected from every online threat. However, we do keep our security software up to date and do everything else we can to keep our systems free of worms, viruses, and other cyber-threats.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. We do not share any information about our clients nor do we discuss our clients' submissions with third parties.
