Our primary focus at A Second Look Editorial Services is to provide prompt, professional, and affordable copyediting and proofreading services to individuals who intend to self-publish their book manuscripts. However, we also provide the same expertise to every type of written document, including newsletters, website content, and business advertisements.
Our rate for most projects is $45 per hour.
What We Don't Do: We do not review manuscripts or documents that include explicit adult content, gratuitous violence, excessive profanity, or hate-speech.

-Karen S. Green, owner of A Second Look Editorial Services, teaches English composition and grammar at Tri-County Technical College in Pendleton, SC. She earned a B.A. in English at Fisk University and a paralegal certificate from Hartford College for Women (University of Hartford). Ms. Green worked for 10 years as an insurance paralegal prior to becoming a teacher. She is also a writer and a member of the South Carolina Writer's Workshop.
